Nova took 12 sedentary, non-athletes and trained them over 9 months to run the Boston Marathon. They didn’t become elite runners by any means, but they all finished. It just goes to show that anyone, with the right amount of determination and proper coaching, CAN do it. All that “Oh, I could never do that. I’ll just continue to sit on my butt because I know I can’t do it” is a bunch of nonsense. You CAN do it.
