Me and Cindy at the Rec. 3 miles, alternating between 6.5 mph (9:14 min/mi) and 6.0 mph (10 min/mi). Although I’m now convinced that each treadmill has a different pace, because yesterday I set the treadmill on 5.6 mph and I was struggling to keep up. After 3 miles today I got off and stretched, then realized that I should have kept going. So I hopped back on and did a half mile, cranked up to 8.0 mph (7:30 min/mi). That was quick.
After next week, training for the half officially starts.
