Me and Robin, Sunday. 10K. Killer. The mileage was less than we had been doing, but it was incredibly windy and that made it so much harder. We did our super hilly, two 4% grade hills route, which is enough to wear you out pretty quick, but then almost the entire second half of the route we were running against the wind. (Start singing song here.) At one point the wind was blowing so hard we were pretty much stopped in our tracks, and the wind was whipping up rocks and dirt and flinging them into our legs. Agh. Anyway, I really wanted to walk after about 5.5 miles, but we kept going and finished it out.
Yesterday, strength training. Today, very sore. Abductors, adductors, abs, etc.
