Me and Robin, Donna for the first bit. 40 minute tempo run, 4 miles. Peanut butter before a run = bad idea. (This is also what I ate before the half marathon last year, which was also a bad idea.) 15 minutes slow, 14 minutes fast, 1 minute sprint, 10 minutes slow. I kind of wimped out towards the end of our fast section and stopped at the water fountain to get a drink (my lips were way parched after not having chapstick because it fell on the bathroom floor :(), but we finished out our fast section and our sprint, and I don’t feel too guilty.
10 miles on Sunday.
